Keith Metters

President

Keith was appointed to lead Fidelity International as President in March 2024. Having joined in early 2020, Keith previously led Fidelity International’s Global Workplace Investing business, and more recently its wider Global Platform Solutions business. He spent over 20 years at Fidelity Investments in the US in a variety of roles, culminating in leading its Workplace Investing Core Market division. Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, he served in various finance and strategy roles in the telecommunications industry and was an Infantry Officer in the United States Army.

Anne Richards

Vice Chair

Anne was appointed Vice Chair of Fidelity International in March 2024, having previously served as Chief Executive Officer since 2018. Anne has worked in the asset management industry since 1992, including over two decades as an analyst, portfolio manager and CIO. Her career path spans many blue-chip global names in our industry, including Alliance Capital, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and Aberdeen Asset Management.

Stuart Warner

Head of Global Platform Solutions

Stuart was appointed head of Fidelity’s Global Platform Solutions in May 2024. He was previously Fidelity’s Global Head of Technology and Enterprise Services and has held a number of roles within Technology, supporting a wide range of business areas, including Fund Accounting, Trading, Fixed Income, Portfolio Management and Retail Distribution. He began his career as a programmer before moving into programme management and consultancy, prior to joining Fidelity in 2007.

Christian Staub

Head of EMEA and Global Head of Client Propositions

Christian is responsible for managing our distribution business across EMEA. Christian also leads Global Client Propositions for Fidelity’s core Investment Solutions & Services business, which is comprised of product, solutions and investment directing teams that ensure client needs globally are well connected with the full range of Fidelity’s investment capabilities. Christian joined Fidelity in August 2018 as Managing Director Europe, overseeing the distribution business, including wholesale and institutional distribution.

Colby Penzone

President Japan

Colby is the leader of the Japan business and is responsible for distribution in Japan. Colby joined in October 2024 from Fidelity Investments, where he held several senior roles in the area of product development and management for both Fidelity and third-party managed investment solutions, from 2003 onwards. Colby’s career in finance started in 1996 and included roles at Morgan Stanley, Montgomery Asset Management, and Charles Schwab covering sales, marketing, and product management.

Damien Mooney

Head of Asia Pacific ex Japan

Damien was appointed Head of Asia Pacific ex Japan in November 2024, overseeing growth and distribution across markets in the region including Australia, mainland China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore & South East Asia and Taiwan. Damien previously worked at Fidelity between 2002 and 2011 as Regional Head of Marketing for APAC. Prior to rejoining, Damien was Head of Client Partnerships and Chief Marketing Officer for APAC at BlackRock. His extensive experience in the asset management industry also includes roles at Zurich and Prudential.
