Office in a box

As of the 1st April, every permanent new joiner is entitled to a technology ‘Office in a box’.

The ‘Office in a box’ will include:

  • A corporate laptop,
  • One of three monitor choices (selected previously by your line manager as appropriate for your role),
  • A headset,
  • A keyboard,
  • A mouse,
  • A webcam,
  • A backpack,
  • A few other accessories.

It is important to note that as a new joiner, you should not expect to use an ‘Office in a box’ on your first day at Fidelity. Every new joiner should refer to the ‘New joiner at Fidelity?’ section for guidance on how to login for the first time.

It is also important to note that contractors and third-party workers are not entitled to an ‘Office in a box’.
