Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)

Please note: We are currently in a phased roll-out of SSPR business wide so you may not have access yet. Please keep watch for a communication advising you of when this has been enabled for you.

Self-service password reset (SSPR) allows you to reset your password or unlock your Fidelity account, from any device with access to the internet, in cases where you have forgotten your password or have been locked out of your account.

This is done securely using two methods of authentication that you will have had to previously setup, whilst connected to the Fidelity network.

You can setup your second method of authentication through your MFA portal available by clicking on the link below.

How to use self-service password reset

On a device with access to the internet, navigate to:

passwordreset.fil.com

You will be required to enter in your Fidelity email address and complete the captcha afterwards.

Note: This is accessible on all personal devices,  including your mobile phone.
